Isn’t it comforting that terrorists don’t need to bother with dirty bombs or biochemical weapons to stop a city in its tracks; all they need are blinking lights.

One wonders how Boston survived Christmas.

Jamie: -1 offtopic, +2 nifty idea

I suspect Wikia would ever see an SoF wiki as being big enough, but there’s nothing stopping you from setting up MediaWiki or something on the SoF website and running it yourself. Where by “you”, I mean “our glorious SoF webmaster”.

By: Jamie Fri, 02 Feb 2007 05:27:00 +0000 Hey Paul,

So, Benji and Ryan were trying to put together a working timeline of the SoF at Steak N’ Shake last Friday. At some point the idea of writing an entire history of the SoF was brought up, and that we should put it in a book made of parchment. Well this week I realized parchment is expensive, and even if it was purchased, information would have to be gathered first. That’s when I came up the the crazy idea that there should be an SoF wiki. (Not entirely crazy when you consider that Charlie has his own facebook account.)

Thanks to the vastness of the series of tubes, there is a location which will host such a wiki. Its called wikia, and apparently its what Colbert fans used to create the site . Its currently in the “scratchpad version” because they really don’t want to give a fully wiki status if they don’t think it will draw enough editors, but if enough of a site is built they will put it on a more independent wiki.

If you would be able to add information, especially about the former fools, that would be incredibly awesome. The wiki is currently located here:

When you go to create a new page, make the first like of the post:

[[Category:SoF-pedia]] that puts it in our “mini wiki”.

All of this is assuming that you cannot suggest a better method for creating a wiki, which, being that you are the Code Master General, may be too strong of an assumption.

I guess people didn’t learn their lesson?
