The light at the end of the tunnel…

… is an oncoming Compilers midterm.

You know the midterm is difficult when:

  • You skim through the exam at the beginning to see which problems to do first and which to put off until later, and you want to skip every problem.
  • Dread wells up inside of you while doing the above.
  • Ten minutes into the exam, you’re thinking to yourself, “Well, there goes my GPA.”

  • We probably won’t get the grades back until after Spring Break.
  • It’s a graduate level class, and I remember the professor saying he doesn’t expect anyone to get a 100% on the exam, so there should be a sizable curve.

Only Time Will Tell.
